Golden Corral Advances Business Intelligence and Performance with Steton

ST. GEORGE, Utah (Business Wire EON) July 1, 2008 -- The premier buffet restaurant concept, Golden Corral, is touting a significant advancement in business intelligence resulting from the introduction of Stetons software. Golden Corral executives now have access to intelligent data that is driving improved operational execution and elevated brand protection.

According to McDevitt, Post-evaluation results that previously took over a week to receive are now delivered electronically immediately after evaluations are completed. However, the primary reason for implementing Steton wasnt the speed of communication, it was the ability to analyze data and generate usable information or intelligence identifying areas where the concept needs to improve.

The business intelligence gained by Golden Corral executives has resulted in knowledge used to make procedure adjustments and initiate targeted training that impact performance and ultimately customer trust.
