Leadership in the Power Utility Market

announces the acquisition of Dossert Corporation, a privately-held
premier brand supplier of substation accessories in the power utility
market. The acquisition and new product offering further enhance ACA’s
position as one of the leading substation suppliers in the power utility
industry.
